We shopped for 3 hours and spent a lot of money buying clothes etc. That is not ok. I'll go to Fashion Valley and have free parking and just as great of selection of shops. Our stay there was awesome. The staff is well trained in customer service. They also give you bikes to ride around in at no cost. I loved their California Cafe with the outdoor patio and view of the convention center. Told myself this year I wasn't going to waste money on a New Years dress I'd probably only wear once.
